Nadia Mandret has been Executive Manager of Aluminium France, GFA, and G2A since 2025. She oversees all of the federation's activities in conjunction with the Board of Directors and acts as the official liaison between the aluminum industry and all stakeholders and civil society.

She graduated of the Institut Mines-Télécom Business School and Macquarie University in Sydney.

Salomé Baumann joined Aluminum France in May 2019. With a master's degree in communication, Salomé Baumann manages all of Aluminum France's communication, from the website to social networks, including press relations.

Clarisse Frapier joined Aluminium France in October 2021. A graduate of the University of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne, she is in charge of examining the regulatory provisions likely to impact the sector. She leads Aluminium France's Environment and Safety taskforces.

Wesley Janssen joined Aluminium France in September 2023. With a Master's degree in Economics and Management of Environment and Sustainable Development from Dunkerque, Wesley is responsible for leading the energy and climate taskforces. He supports members of the aluminum sector in navigating regulatory developments in these two areas.
